Waterloo Fencing takes fencing requests from Waterloo and nearby — St. Jacobs, Elmira, Conestogo included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we collect

Whatever you choose to send us. For a fencing request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one fence contractor who handles Waterloo requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Analytics

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies of our own. The web host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page, browser) for security.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and our records. Voicemail recordings are purged on a rolling schedule.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@waterloofencing.ca. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
